2.Who provides Crewdesk

Crewdesk is provided by Ali Mehtab in Pakistan (“Crewdesk”, “we”, “us”). Contact: [support email address].

3.Early access and pricing

• Crewdesk is free while it's in early access.
• Features may be added, changed or removed during early access as we improve the product.
• Before we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you well in advance. You'll never be charged without agreeing to it first.

4.Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Crewdesk.
• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us straight away at [support email address] if you think someone else has used your account.

5.Workspaces and roles

A workspace has an owner, and may have admins, members and guests. The owner and admins decide who joins, which projects people can see and what they can change. The owner is responsible for the people they invite and for how their workspace is used.

6.Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Crewdesk. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only so far as we need to in order to run Crewdesk for you and your workspace.

You're responsible for having the right to upload what you share. If your workspace collects information through Crewdesk forms, you're responsible for telling the people who fill them in how you'll use it.

7.Acceptable use

When using Crewdesk, you agree not to:

• break the law, or help anyone else to;
• upload anything harmful, such as malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• send spam, or use forms to collect information under false pretences;
• try to get into accounts, workspaces or data you don't have access to, or test our security without our permission;
• overload, disrupt or copy the service, or resell it without our written permission.

If you find a security issue, please report it privately as described on our Security page.

8.The mobile app

When the mobile app is available, the terms of the App Store or Google Play also apply to how you download and use it. If they conflict with these terms on that point, theirs apply.

9.Availability and changes

We work to keep Crewdesk available and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, especially during early access. We may update the service, and we'll give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

10.Ending your use of Crewdesk

• You can stop using Crewdesk at any time and ask us to delete your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you 30 days to export your content.

11.Disclaimers

Crewdesk is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent the law allows, we don't give warranties beyond those set out in these terms.

12.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

14.Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you about significant changes by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Crewdesk after that, you accept the new terms.
